These deposited dirt will deposit on the pipe wall and increase the fluid flow. resistance. Lay new pipelines, clean all kinds of residues in the pipeline before operation, and apply the rust-proof and anti-corrosion coating on the inner wall of the pipeline to make the pipeline unimpeded.
 
Uses and features:    
PIG is usually divided into two groups (as shown in Figure 1-1), one for the pig launch and the other for the pig. The PIG is used for receiving or launching depending on the upstream or downstream installation of the pipeline. PIG saves space, is compact, and is simple to operate compared to conventional transceiver cartridges or manifolds. The PIG valve operates to operate the PIG valve to the closed position, so that the upstream and downstream (DBB) ball holes and the quick opening door are on one axis. Exclude the PIG valve cavity pressure to open the quick opening door, push the pig into the bottom of the valve cavity, then close the quick opening door, operate the opening position of the PIG, and the pig advances under the thrust of the medium. After the cleaning of the pig reaches the receiving PIG valve, the barrier fixed on the valve seat is blocked in the PIG valve cavity, and the PIG valve is operated to the closed position to double the upper and lower and middle chambers (DBB) and the quick opening door.  SHF  pig valve quick opening features:
The fast-opening door has a completely independent intellectual property and quick opening structure. The large-diameter quick opening door is equipped with a rocker hinge device. It can't open the quick opening door before releasing the pressure to prevent mis-opening, staggering, and reduce the probability of casualties and property losses. SHF with detachable retaining pipe barrier features:
There is a multi-purpose valve for the detachable barrier PIG valve. This PIG is suitable for the middle section of the long-distance pipeline. When the pipeline needs to be cleaned, the detachable barrier-clearing valve can replace the severely cleaned pig in the middle section. In order to more effectively clean the inner wall of the pipeline and the dirt, increase the pipeline capacity. Or when the pipe cleaner does not need to be replaced in the middle, the barrier inside the detachable barrier pigging valve is taken out. Allow the pig to pass through the PIG valve smoothly. It can also reduce the flow resistance coefficient and flow loss of the barrier in the pigging valve, greatly improve the economic value, and apply for a patent.

Storage and handling lifting recommendations:
No special protection is required before installation, mainly to ensure that accessories installed around PIG, such as exhaust valves and vent valves, or pressure gauges, may cause leakage after collision, and are prohibited from being attached to valve accessories or actuators. Hoisting. Before installation, ensure that the valve is clean and no foreign matter is allowed to enter the valve flow path to prevent damage to the valve sealing door and cause the valve to leak.

The valve is forbidden to be stacked in the open air. Long-term storage needs to be checked regularly. The machined surface without spray coating in the exposed atmosphere should be coated with anti-rust grease. A cover is attached to both ends of the valve passage to prevent foreign matter from entering. When the valve is stored, the valve should be fully opened to avoid damage to the spherical surface. The valve can be operated either fully open or fully closed. The valve cannot be placed in the semi-switch position for a long time. The valve can be used for outdoor installation and use.
Note:
Each PIG valve can be used as a pigging ball valve or as a pigging ball valve, but the installation direction of the pigging valve must be distinguished during installation. When used as a pigging service valve, the end of the valve seat with the barrier must be installed at the upstream end of the pipe. As a pigging ball valve, the end of the valve seat with the barrier must be installed at the downstream end of the pipe. A pig trap can also be installed in front of the PIG valve and equipped with a receiver/transmitter to clear the ball valve. When the pig is the result, an indication is given.
